Updated the config file, and re-built the site
Updated the pack to 1.1.0 for Minecraft version 1.21.8 Will be skipping the 1.21.9 MC release in favor of MC 1.21.10 due to some mod reasons. Will also be updating the docs for that version once the information has been updated
changed how the layout of the file structure is, as well as added a lot of the information on commands and made sure the site would work
